Booking & Cancellation Policy

حرصًا على تنظيم العمل وضمان التزام الجميع، نرجو منكم الاطّلاع على سياسة الحجوزات والإلغاء الخاصة بالاستوديو قبل تأكيد الحجز.

To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all, please review our booking and cancellation policy before confirming your reservation.

🧘‍♀️ أولاً: حجوزات الكلاسات

Classes Bookings

\t•\tيمكن إلغاء أو تأجيل الحجز قبل الموعد بأربعة أيام على الأقل دون أي رسوم.

Cancellations or rescheduling are allowed at least 4 days before the class with no extra charge.

\t•\tفي حال تم الإلغاء قبل أقل من أربعة أيام من الموعد، فإن المبلغ غير مسترجع ولا يمكن استخدامه لحجز موعد آخر.

If the cancellation occurs less than 4 days before the class, the booking is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

\t•\tعدم الحضور دون إشعار مسبق يُعتبر استخدامًا للجلسة.

No-shows without prior notice are considered as a used session.

🌙 ثانيًا: حجوزات التأجير

Studio Rental Bookings

\t•\tيمكن إلغاء أو تأجيل حجز التأجير قبل الموعد بثلاثة أسابيع على الأقل.

Rental bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 3 weeks before the scheduled date.

\t•\tأي إلغاء بعد هذه المدة أو في حال عدم الحضور، يُعتبر الحجز نهائيًا وغير مسترجع.

Cancellations made after this period, or in case of no-show, are non-refundable and final.
